Terms of Service for StreamerSuite

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by StreamerSuite ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

1. Use of Services

StreamerSuite provides tools and resources to help online content creators, including streamers and affiliates, manage promotions, automate tasks, and enhance visibility across platforms. You may only use our services if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

You agree to use StreamerSuite for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services to promote, distribute, or facilitate any illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on StreamerSuite, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. By uploading media you confirm that you have the right to publish it and that every person depicted is over 18 and has consented to appearing on your public profile.

4. Subscriptions and Licensing

4.1 Subscription access. Paid features, including Pro themes, are provided on a subscription basis for the billing period you have paid for. If you cancel, your subscription is set not to renew and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future charges and does not generate a refund for the active billing period, as set out in our Refund Policy.

4.2 Themes are licensed, not sold. Pro themes, theme assets, designs, graphics and related media supplied by StreamerSuite are licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to display them on your creator profile for the duration of your paid subscription only. This licence ends automatically when your subscription ends, and it does not survive cancellation, expiry or termination of your account.

4.3 Hosted assets. Theme assets and uploaded media are stored and delivered through our third-party content delivery network provider (Bunny.net). The profile code you place in your bio references these files; it does not contain or transfer the design itself. Serving those files is part of the subscription service, and we provide it only while your licence is active.

4.4 What happens when a subscription ends. When your paid period ends, we stop serving your theme assets under licence. The assets are replaced with a placeholder image and a visible watermark. Your profile code remains in your bio and continues to function, but will no longer display a licensed design. Third-party platforms cache profile content and refresh on their own schedules, so the change may take several hours to appear publicly. Access to historical analytics, show history and show insights also ends with your subscription.

4.5 Retention of designs and settings. Following the end of your paid period, we retain your saved design and settings for at least 30 days. If you resubscribe within that period, your configuration is restored. After that period we may permanently delete your saved design and settings without further notice.

4.6 Restrictions. You may not download, copy, rehost, redistribute, or serve StreamerSuite theme assets from any other location, or continue to display them by any means after your licence has ended. Doing so is copyright infringement and a breach of these Terms. We enforce our intellectual property rights, which may include issuing takedown notices to the platform hosting the infringing content. Media you uploaded yourself remains your property and is unaffected by this section.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use StreamerSuite to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious software or spam
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or other users
• Collect personal information from others without permission
• Upload media depicting any person under 18, or any person who has not consented to its publication

6. Third-Party Links and Services

StreamerSuite may link to or integrate with third-party services such as social media platforms, affiliate tools, or analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of these services. Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to StreamerSuite at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the integrity of our platform.

You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your rights to access and use StreamerSuite will end, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including ownership rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers

StreamerSuite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of StreamerSuite is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users or any actions taken based on automated tools or recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamerSuite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims related to these Terms or the use of our services will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamerSuite, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
