Refund Policy for StreamerSuite
Effective Date: 12 June 2025

At StreamerSuite we offer a full library of growth and automation tools for creators. Every paid product also comes in a free version with limited features, giving you an easy way to test real workflows before spending any money. Because a risk-free option is always available, we apply a strict yet fair approach to refunds.

1. Free Version vs. Paid Plans

  • The free version lets you try core functions without a time limit.
  • Upgrading unlocks advanced analytics, higher usage caps, and premium support.
  • If you are unsure whether a paid tier fits your needs, use the free version first.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of the charge when one of the situations below applies:

  1. You were billed for an automatic renewal and did not use any paid-only feature after the renewal date.
  2. A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing a paid feature, and support could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  3. Duplicate or accidental charges occurred due to a billing malfunction.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds when:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal.
  • You used a significant portion of your billing cycle or significant paid-only resources.
  • You violated our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@streamersuite.com within 7 days of the transaction and include:

  • The email linked to your account
  • Transaction date and invoice ID
  • A concise explanation of your request

Our team reviews all requests and replies within 3 business days.

5. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the active billing period.

6. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension or permanent ban of your account. Always let us try to fix the issue before involving your payment provider.
