DMCA Policy for StreamerSuite

At StreamerSuite, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page outlines how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights and how we handle such claims.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the infringing material is located on our website, including URLs or other specific information to help us locate the material
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

2. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- We will notify the user who posted the content that a claim was made
- If the user believes the content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a written counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
