I Didn’t Receive My Verification Email

If you didn't get your login code, check your spam folder, confirm your email is correct, and try again. Contact support if the issue continues.

If you requested a login code from StreamerSuite but did not receive the email, don’t worry - there are a few quick steps you can take to fix it.

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes email providers filter verification emails by mistake. Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder and search for “StreamerSuite”.

2. Wait a Minute and Try Again

Emails usually arrive within 30 seconds, but delays can happen. Wait at least one minute, then return to the login page and re-enter your email to request a new code.

3. Make Sure You Typed Your Email Correctly

Double-check for any typos in your email address. Even a small mistake (like an extra space or missing letter) can stop the code from reaching you.

4. Try a Different Email Provider (if possible)

In rare cases, some email providers block or delay verification messages. If you have another email address (like Gmail or Outlook), try signing up with that instead.
